Initial Areas of Discussion - Topics
Three general areas of initial focus have been
identified, with suggestions for new legislation and/or for existing Isle of Man legislation to be extended to:
-
The support of the Geostationary Satellite
Communications Industry, including the financing, insuring, manufacturing,
launch, and operations of any satellite;
-
The Commercialization and Industrialization
of Low Earth Orbit (Space Tourism, Commercial Activities in LEO, etc);
-
The Utilization and Industrialization of Near
Earth Space (the Exploration Initiative, etc).
Outlined are general broad concepts for
discussion, inclusion, omission, etc. The initial list is spartan. What have
we missed? What would you like added for consideration? What would you like
removed? How can we improve your legislative working environment? How can we
facilitate and enable business growth for you in space?
If you have specific ideas or detailed feedback
to give please also feel free to do so.
